HOW DO I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY FRAME?
The outside of our frames can be cleaned using a clean damp cloth.
HOW DOES MY JEWELLERY FRAME HANG ON THE WALL?
All frames have two hangers at the back, just like a picture frame. Frames come with two wall anchors for your convenience. Drill two 5mm holes in the wall approx 22cm apart, insert wall anchors, insert screws and simply hang frame - instruction of 22cm is a guide only, measure between hooks before drilling your 5mm holes.
Alternatively, you may choose to use two picture hooks (check load limit before hanging).

Shipping within Australia for all Jewellery Frames is free. Purchases of additional rods only will incur a shipping fee.
HOW MANY NECKLACES DOES THE NECKLACE FRAME HOLD?
Holds up to 15 necklaces and 6 bracelets and / or rings.
CAN I PURCHASE ADDITIONAL RODS FOR MY EARRINGS FRAME?
Yes (purchases of additional rods only will incur a shipping fee). If you purchase additional rods with a Jewellery Frame, shipping will be free.
WHAT IS THE FRONT MADE OF?
The front of the frame is an acrylic glass, to protect your jewellery from dust. The benefit of acrylic glass is that it is light-weight, transparent and shatter-resistant in case you have little ones.
WHY WON’T MY DISCOUNT CODE WORK?
Our website only allows the use of one discount code per transaction. We recommend you use the one that gives you the best benefit and save the others for next time. All web and advertised discount codes are for retail use only.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
No, unfortunately we only don’t ship overseas. At this stage we only ship locally in Australia.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO GET TO ME?
We aim to have your orders ready for dispatch within 3-5 business days. We use Australia Post and take the utmost care in packaging your items.
